What is it like to work at Novel?

Novel isn’t your average new venture and we have a unique corporate culture all our own.

For some, Novel isn’t the best fit.  For others, Novel is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.  At Novel, we’re here to win by venturing into avenues previously unexplored, applying technology in new ways, and making significant, positive impact on the world. Staying small isn’t an option.

We have a meritocracy-based culture strongly rooted in getting the best idea implemented regardless of the rank it came from.  We also put significant focus on building an effective company with clear goals, short sprints, solid business planning and the ability to adapt quickly to change so that those best ideas can make it to the market.

We also take strength of character and a passion for continuous improvement seriously, which is why all applicants at Novel are required to go through personality and character tests before being offered a position.  In order to work here we are proud to say you’ll need ambition, vision and intense drive to keep up.  If this sounds like you, then Novel will represent a chance to be surrounded by an openly inviting, fun and supportive group of people much like yourself.
